Submit Facilities Applications at:

cusd.civicpermits.com

Important Reminders:

Applications can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete the approval process.

Facility Use requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior

to the date being requested. Please plan ahead, we are unable to make exceptions.

Price estimates do not reflect custodial charges.

Custodial fees are billed separately.

Helpful Tips:

When reserving classrooms, room numbers are placeholders only.

Actual room numbers will be assigned upon approval.

If you have reserved dates that you will not be using,

be sure to cancel them prior to the date,

otherwise fees will be charged for dates not cancelled.

Separate applications are required for each CUSD site.

However, multiple spaces within a single site should be

Included in the same application.
