Facility Use Permit Application System

Welcome to the Newark Unified School District facility use permit application system. 

If you are a first-time user, we recommend you download the instructions from the NUSD website. 

After you have submitted your application, you will receive an email notification indicating whether your request has been approved or denied.  Please allow a minimum of two weeks to process your request.

Note: Summer 2017 (June 10, 2017 through August 31, 2017) there can be no facility use by outside groups at Newark Memorial High School, and limited use at other NUSD sites, due to planned construction/improvement projects.
