Step 1.
ALL users must contact school site administrator before submitting a request for a permit. All permits submitted without prior approval from the school site administrator will be denied.   

NOTE:  Facilities users requesting multiple sites need to
Submit ONE request per each site!


ESTIMATES WILL NOT REFLECT CUSTODIAL CHARGES FOR ANY USE.
CUSTODIAL WEEKEND CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $75.00 CUSTODIAL
SERVICE FEE WHICH INCLUDES THE USE OF RESTROOMS
EVERY FIELD USER WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE RESTROOM SERVICE. 
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Athletic/Sports groups must submit one permit per site for fall (ending 12/31/XX)

And one permit per site for spring (ending 6/30/XX)

Cancellations must be sent 48 hours in advance (reference permit#) by email to all of the following:
